I like the fact most of the interview is hands on

I woyld improve it by getting rid of the vp Rachel Christensen who is a horrible boss 89% of the drivers dont know her becsuse of her harsh denemor. She keaves her ship unattended to the directir & oms eho have no ckue on how to deal wirh employees.
