Some techs ignore management & try to communicate their exact needs to to me to get the job completed.
There is a sense of community, especially if you're involved with the ERGs. Most people here are good people.

They truly care about their employees and drivers.
Ride alongs need to be done. Drivers need to be listened too. Preplans need to be sent to the truck promptly not 6 hours after my loaded call. Performance standards need to be written down and signed by each driver, as well as posted visibly. And you need better metrics.
Stop forcing commutes and allow remote work, implement sick days and mental health days, give all employees PTO from day one, let employees off for Christmas Eve, Juneteenth, MLK Day and the day after Thanksgiving. Anything else is inconsistent with the company's stated values
Change the board and the executive team. Culture has to start at the top!
Its entirety horrivle asa conpany
Everything at chicago local needs to change
Better chain of command for every worker
Just train mgrs better be fair reward safe drivers, and get rid of drivers tearing up equipment they just need to open there eyes and see whats going on and correct payroll
They need to start over with new driver management/dispatch
Removing silos and working better as a team. People realizing it is not a competition & not trying to take credit for the good.
Management needs to be replaced
Managers need to be screened better the might be nice in front of higher ups but when they are not around things go sour
