when everything goes smooth and the equipment doesn't break down
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are mostly Company oriented, rather than Driver oriented, but I generally have a good relationship with them
What are some of the best things about your team?
team broke up after loosing the last account, only a couple drivers remain and we get along great
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is what you make it.. I can be miserable and make the days really long, or I can be positive and get done with it faster
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After nearly 2 decades with the Company, I feel unfairly compensated when I look at new hire with 6 month experience getting paid 20k more than me
