Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Raises every year are determined by manager not for how well you worked the year before or by the business they put on your plate. It is done by percentage. We need to ensure the people that are committed to JCB are continually paid to keep them. Higher paying jobs with better benefits these days.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Continue to focus on what matters most to our customers and less focus on hitting "sign out" each month. Good quality will equal higher sign out in years to come as we build a trusty product across the board.
We will identify new priorities, new challenges, new risks and new opportunities. As such, we'll continue harnessing the latest technology and knowledge in order to carry on improvement
