Employees should be recognized and promt

I'm paid significantly less than my male counterparts who have less experience in the industry and time with the company and products.

Not paid equally with male peers, even though I've been there longer and have more responsibility.

Female in IT. Worked there for 15+ years. Underpaid compared to male counterparts with same responsibilities. Benefits have declined significantly in past 10 years. JDA does not care about their employees.
