What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy , anyone can go and talk to any of the executive without hesitation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees should be recognized and promt
I'm paid significantly less than my male counterparts who have less experience in the industry and time with the company and products.
Not paid equally with male peers, even though I've been there longer and have more responsibility.
Female in IT. Worked there for 15+ years. Underpaid compared to male counterparts with same responsibilities. Benefits have declined significantly in past 10 years. JDA does not care about their employees.

Coordination, team building, flexible, engagement

Coworkers are great. That is what keeps me at the company. Intelligent, quality people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team is positive, but the executive team and corporate culture is negative and unappreciative of efforts.

Work from home options should be allowed for all employee with shift allowance

Process need to be Streamlined and standard process should be followed across the global
