Worked many years and through many iterations of culture at JDA. It has gotten progressively worse, with many acquisitions and layoffs, but I am optimistic that thing will improve.

Team is positive, but the executive team and corporate culture is negative and unappreciative of efforts.

Multiple people from my team and other teams interviewed me and I took a technical test.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm paid significantly less than my male counterparts who have less experience in the industry and time with the company and products.
