Not paid equally with male peers, even though I've been there longer and have more responsibility.
Female in IT. Worked there for 15+ years. Underpaid compared to male counterparts with same responsibilities. Benefits have declined significantly in past 10 years. JDA does not care about their employees.
Coworkers are great. That is what keeps me at the company. Intelligent, quality people.
Work from home options should be allowed for all employee with shift allowance
