- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Respond. I stopped recommending people because of how poorly they were treated. No response for weeks, ignored calls, no follow up.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Have uniform policies, support the field staff with basics like adequate staffing, management shouldn't hire the least expensive trade partner and think the superintendents will work miracles to get the project completed to standard, on schedule and under budget. That is the expectation though.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Corporate and team leads spend no time at projects beyond a single afternoon once a quarter. They have no idea of the issues in quality, IT, travel, staffing or materials as they are never around long enough. They don't respond to suggestions or even questions.
