What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I believe reaching out to HR makes things more difficult in the field but I'm sure in office situations HR is bennificial.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Understanding toxic and abusive behavior. Giving women resources in the field to know the standard of reporting harassment without having her job threatened or manipulated to quit.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Know abusive behaviors in the field and understanding the dynamics of healthy work environment.
