The pay would be fine if they actually gave you hours but they expect you to get clients first and how can you get clients if you have no hours.
The base salary and bonus structure are excellent; however, the 401k plan is very "skinny," the health benefits way too expensive, and the overall benefit package not commensurate with the size and success of the company.
