What are some of the best things about your team?
team players at the toughest of times. I have made life long friends.
Kind, friendly and super helpful:)
Friendly, helpful, knowledable and team players
Some of them are really good with clients.
Since my entire team is women, and women tend to be nurturers, we all look out for one another. We also pinch hit with other counselors clients, as needed. Centre directors all look out for one another's centers and teams.
We are very collaborative and supportive of each other.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
