If a person is in desperate need of employment then apply but this is not a long term job placement. The pay is poverty level, a person cannot live on the pay much less support a family. The CEO brings home high 6 figures while the worker bees struggle to pay rent and afford basic life necessities.

The pay would be fine if they actually gave you hours but they expect you to get clients first and how can you get clients if you have no hours.

The base salary and bonus structure are excellent; however, the 401k plan is very "skinny," the health benefits way too expensive, and the overall benefit package not commensurate with the size and success of the company.

Since my entire team is women, and women tend to be nurturers, we all look out for one another. We also pinch hit with other counselors clients, as needed. Centre directors all look out for one another's centers and teams.
