With the reputation it’s buidling or ruining, expect sales to level off. Clients have noticed the high turnaround and are not pleased.

There is zero culture at JH, probably because HR is terrible and only cares about pleasing the execs. It’s a very cut throat, even man or woman for themself mentality. If you’re not selling million dollar projects, they do not care about you.

Below market average base with the promise of a bonus and generous 401K match. Recently, the bonuses have been slashed to almost nothing, and the 2017 401k match was cut in half. Additionally, incentives such as overtime have been cut. For a real life example, my taxable income decreased over 30% between 2015 and 2016. Take home pay saw an even greater reduction thanks to surging health care costs.
