Being a small start-up that is just starting to transition into it's next phase, almost everyone is familiar with each other on some level and I really appreciate the teamwork and camaraderie everyone shares because of this. I feel valued and appreciated more than any job I have worked before.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works very well together because we are smaller and understand everyone's strengths and weaknesses and work together to form the best collective we can be.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work from home and be in a team with people I genuinely respect, appreciate and admire. I learn so much every day and I still have a long way to go.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They assigned us a cool and interesting assessment that had a logic puzzle in it. This was very unique and I enjoyed working through the assessment so much that I told my recruiter that before I was even hired.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is great because they interact with the entire company in fun and unique ways that, as I said before, make you feel valued and appreciated. They make work a chill place to be and are part of the reason I don't dread going to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall how cool everyone is about everything. My team is allowed to dress in costumes every Friday for our department-wide meeting any everyone is very supportive and encouraging about it. I can't think of another job that would let employees do something as fun as that.
