What is the best part about your compensation package?

The 401k plan is the best part in my opinoin

The health insurance is pretty good

Bonus incentives are very fair

Love the Health and Dental Benefits. 401K @ 5% being matched at 100% is totally more than what I could ask for

I sas able to save some money but because my boss was playing me with my schedule so i couldnt pay my bills but everyone else i worked with worked over 40 hours and all i got was 20

I haven't got to all that yet just started.

The best part is hard work being recognized with plenty of bonus opportunities

Pay people when you should I'd be the best way to do it

I work hard at my job. And make sure my job duties are done every day. I just wish i had more than 1 day off a werk to spend with my family. Family values in a company speaks volumes!!!

I feel undervalued because, while there are internal District Manger conflicts and inconsistencies in the way the store are run, it is left up to the store manager to try to maintain a safe store for the Jiffy Lube employees, as well as maintain the machinery in shops.

i feel undervalued because i have learned all there is to learn and the management is not giving me the credit that i think is due. and the hour pay is trash if you ask me. really not worth working at but is all i can find at the moment.

Better pay than $13.50, I'll be happy if it's 16.00 - 17.50, like Amazon offers their packers or delivery drivers and no stress. And of course realistic goals.

McDonald's employees make more than I do. I work 55 hours a week and still dont have enough to live or take care of my baby. Dont have enough to even save up for a car to take my baby to his dr appointments, to get food ect.
