Accomplishing a large task or lunch breaks. The lunch breaks happen way more often.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do try to be involved and give recognition to outstanding employees, giving a sense of community and support.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The retirement savings matching. They match 4% to your 5% which is good but I'd rather see 5% to 5% or 6% to 6% which is becoming more common these days.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were friendly and did their due diligence on my background profile. They found out I was a great student and awesome team member. We talked casually as nervous as I was, and I felt that I could be completely open to them, especially about pay expectation.
