The bonus is nice. I like the opportunity to buy into the company by purchasing stock.

They expect a lot of engagement from all levels of staff, they are respectful and they create opportunities for 2-way communication.

No games. Feedback is constructive and given with the best intentions. Lots of areas to look for additional training. Lots of listening.

I am most happy at work because I get paid a good salary. Secondary to that is being involved in innovative projects.
