I am new to JLL (1 month) and I have had the best experience with my supervisors and team mates. The team mentality and comradery reminded me of the best workplace in my life in the United States Air Force. They really helped me get up to speed fast and feel welcome.

Diversity and Inclusion. Equal treatment and the environment is always rich with positive attitudes.
What makes you most happy at work?
The broad range of tasks I perform on a daily basis. Performing many different functions keeps me interested.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Diversity and wealth of knowledge. Communication is top knotch and difficult problems are collectively and thoroughly following the JLL outlined processes to the T.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Inclusiveness and Impressive technical expertise. Also, my leadership team in particular has extensive knowledge and pinpoint application of the JLL processes. Work is a pleasure to attend daily because of my outstanding leadership team.
