I really like the company, great benefits, and think overall it is a very good company. The company does not do well at working together across business lines or sharing resources within the same lines. The company could do so much better at bringing their employees together to improve each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed the team approach to interviewing. I met with multiple levels and specialties before joining the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to be flexible with my work. I can work in the office, from home, or on location.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health rewards for doing certain tasks can be paid in cash or deposited into an HSA account. It helps with the high deductible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody has their own role and function. We don't really work together as a team often as each one is concerned about their own tasks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are wonderful. They are friendly, interesting, and very active. Anyone will help anyone there. The people in our office are positive and no gossiping or talking badly about anyone. I can't say that at the executive management level. I've heard managers talk badly about other managers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company culture is great and everyone is friendly and very helpful. However, there are not any type of training programs. Once you start the job, there are people to help you, but you have to ask them. This company tends to overpromise and then struggle to meet deadlines.
