
It is not JLL but the client. I am client based and the client is not inclusive with contractors. It creates a negative impact to my team.
The client is not inclusive to their contractors. We are not included in company events and it may be look at as a moot point but it is those simple things that can drive the team to perform better and appreciate the client.
I can only speak about my Manager. I have not had any contact from the leadership team of the account I am with. It is quite disappointing but because I always try to see things in the positive, I am assuming this is due to the fact that JLL is a large organization and is spread out.
