I love my job and the fact that all my contract managers are happy see me. They know their shift will run smooth and their equipment is being professionally taken care of. i go above and beyond to make them happy and comfortable.

I love helping our customers and solving there issues to keep their buisness going as best as it can.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I am a lead tech and i feel as there is absolutely no hierarchy. just techs all equal and regional managers. i would like this to change
