The management; a manager who can provide you with constructive criticism instead of a half hour complaint without any actual feedback as to what or how to do it right.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, management; the onsite supervisor as well as the offsite supervisor need to learn how to communicate effectively rather than just complain or take out their frustrations on their employees.
