Have HR involved in the hiring process, nepotism is highly practiced.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No incentives for the hourly workers. just management who takes most of the credit for our hard work and commitment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The structure is getting much better. It used to be more blinded promising management, the blind leading the blind. I can say, its much better now than 5yrs ago. Amazon/JLL
