The ability to contribute solutions to problems that arise with the equipment. That upper management listens when you have something to contribute.

Meeting my actual supervisor and feeling very comfortable asking him questions about the work environment and feeling like I got honest answers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all friends at work and really respect each others contributions. We have fun challenging each other with who can do better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are people that started where I am currently. This give me incentive to increase my drive and performance to attain what they attained.
