What is the best part about your compensation package?

Affordable, comprehensive, better than most.

The salary is the best part.

Christmas through new years off paid leave every year in addition to unlimited time off.

I don't pay anything for health insurance. I have a great salary, and there is a monthly budget for each employee to put towards learning. There is also an annual allowance to help pay for family trips/vacations. This is on top of unlimited time off.
