Benefits. JobNimbus pays 100% of insurance premiums for employees and all their dependents plus they have a dollar for dollar HSA match to tge annual limit.

There's a culture of life-balance. We work hard but are given time to take off for what we need

We have good health insurance and the company opted to absorb more of the cost of it this year rather than passing that on to the employees as many other places have.

The best part for me is the insurance benefits. Specifically not having to pay a monthly premium.

Unlimited PTO and week off in July and two weeks off in December

I don't have to pay for my high-deductible medical plan, which is great! If I'm healthy, I can keep building equity in my HSA. However, if I have an emergency, the deductible can be financially painful.

The execute has implemented different benefits that felt like the right direction -- paid vacations, shared company vacations, 4-day work weeks -- but has pulled those away. Combined with the extreme focus on AI, it feels like people are being squeezed for more with less.
