We have good health insurance and the company opted to absorb more of the cost of it this year rather than passing that on to the employees as many other places have.

I don't have to pay for my high-deductible medical plan, which is great! If I'm healthy, I can keep building equity in my HSA. However, if I have an emergency, the deductible can be financially painful.
