The people! I love seeing every single different face here. Working onsite is a blessing and also a reward for positive collaboration. I'm also happy when employees get excited to see candidates coming in for interviews. That is a joy to see.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We each have our individual strengths that we work with and that gives us the ability to work together and succeed on hard issues and concerns across the company. When we have had concerns and issues we battle out the why and come to a decision in unity. This is so important to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is designer in a way where we care about each other and want to succeed together. I feel this every day I step on the floor. There is energy on every floor. If you allow that culture to be a part of your work life, you go home happy and motivated for the next day. It's empowering.
