What makes you most happy at work?
I love the in-office environment! We always chat while also feeling productive which is really nice.

I liked the fact that it simply felt like a conversation, it did not feel like an interrogation.

Anytime I see someone in the office they are friendly and willing to hold an engaging conversation with me even if we don't share interests.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the immediate welcome I received from my team, I felt accepted and like I was a good fit the moment I stepped into the building.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are very open to suggestions, I also like that when I give a suggestion I am not scared to speak up or brushed aside when I do. I feel heard and well listened to!
