My team is willing to drop whatever is on their plate to help each other out for the betterment of the team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter (Maggie) was absolutely amazing, she was so communicative, answered all my questions with ease, and helped convince me that this was the best place to work. And she was right!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team knows each employee individually and maintains that relationship. I know how busy they can be, and making priority to have 10 minute conversations with employees about their weekend speaks volumes.
