The execute has implemented different benefits that felt like the right direction -- paid vacations, shared company vacations, 4-day work weeks -- but has pulled those away. Combined with the extreme focus on AI, it feels like people are being squeezed for more with less.

No sign on bonus, no annual bonus, and no salary evaluation in sight.
Too many people are wearing too many hats and doing work that requires a larger team.
Clearer growth trajectory is needed.
