Johnson Controls Internship Program

Are you a current student looking for an opportunity to apply your classroom training to real-world projects, side by side with our professionals? If so, we invite you to explore our internship and co-op program opportunities!   The work you do here will help you to build new skills and make your mark. Wherever you join us, you’ll be working on projects with real business impact. All of these roles are paid, but how long they last will vary from location to location. Depending on the location, we offer full-time internships in the summer, part-time internships during the school year, and Co-Ops in selected parts of our business.

You will participate in our internship program connecting you with interns across Ireland, UK, USA and Canada. The program will help you to develop skills through technical training and career coaching. Our performance management process will provide you with structured reviews on your progress and results, ensuring you get the most out of your time with us. You’ll be assigned a buddy and mentor, who will make sure you feel at home and will support your development. You will also get the opportunity to take part in lunch n' learns and career development sessions.
