Previous to joining Johnson Controls, Minella served as group human resources director at BAE Systems Plc based out of London, where she was a member of the executive committee. Prior to BAE Systems, she was senior vice president of Human Resources and Communications at Air Products & Chemicals. Earlier in her career she held a variety of human resources leadership roles at IBM.
Minella is an advisory board member for the Center for Advanced Human Resources Studies. She has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
