Johnson & Johnson Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part is that I get one. However, I feel that my raise and bonus could be better. I have not had a raise (besides the last couple of years) five consecutive years as I was told that I was at the ceiling of my pay. If that's the case, at least raise that ceiling--due to cost of living.

Review from Operations Dept

Overall healthcare plan at company

JnJ looks to provide competitive compensation packages

Lots of time off, flexibility to take care of personal needs, equitable pay, bonuses based on performance.

Fair value in comp & benes

You need negotiate when you start accepting the offer. It is hard to get the raise after.

Review from Product Dept

Seems fair for the expected workload

COP, gross salary, stock unit and quick turn around of reimbursement system

Pay is good, paternity leave is good, and benefits are decent

Base salary is decent, bonus on top

Decent pay for a relatively easy job

Good salary, great retirement plan

The base salary and the bonus

Pension plan is still offered for new employees

company car + fuel reimbursement

I believe vacation is the best part

Hybrid work schedule and international collaboration

Review from HR Dept

Bonus and stock options are the best.

This is the offered long term incentive

The best part of my compensation pack is my salary

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salaries are not at market. Incentive compensation is weak.

better work life balance, less meetings

Company always undervalued every employee

Review from Product Dept

I am a contractor, I have no benefits.

Long working hours and assignments with no pay recognition

Long hours are expected. 60 hour work weeks are common. No additional compensation for exempt employees, which is quite discouraging.

It is a job. Pay employees their worth.

Fairly paid but not excellent. Great work life balance though

Review from IT Dept

Pay, and paying people who are doing the actual work to be paid fairly

We need a cost of living raise based on current inflation

Bias in interview and promotion process. Artificial metrics.

Pay gaps are extreme and hidden from employees. Experienced quality employees not receiving fair increases. New employees with little to no experience making more than those that are training them. No profit-sharing. Too many unpaid OT hours being worked. Gs & Os ignored in Reviews

Give more incentives.. need some gains. Less the targets. Reduce the production to demand the products

i work hard to get all our responsibilities finished daily. I train when needed and do a satisfactory job always. Combine that with my Honesty and dedication and anyone would be deserving of more pay and benefits.

Review from Operations Dept

Be fair and manage work against compensation

Review from IT Dept

My salary is $8.50 per hour vs my coworkers $12

Large team and executive team looks beyond those that are putting in the work.

Pay is below the market especially for new hires. When they merger with tyco they cut the compensation and the are continuing to cut benefits

I am not paid at the actual value range I should be paid at for my years of experience.

I have very good experience on my field but I am getting compensated as international so salary is lower.
