What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone is there for each other and helping each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The base salary is decent but could be better. The commission is ridiculous. The structure is built so its hard to get a decent payout every quarter and if you get a payout, its nowhere near what you should get for your hard work. Ive worked for other companies where the commission is much better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Not willing to listen to any solutions, only told to keep your head down and do what you're told.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They are misaligned, a lot of mud slinging. The executive team cannot hire or retain good senior staff to save its life.
