What do you like best about the leadership team?
No problem is too small for the leadership team to get involved with. They honestly care for the employees and want them to succeed.
The opportunity that all employees will give anyone the chance to submit a new idea and a real open door policy,

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respect employees' time and life outside of work. Instead of making sure each team has adequate resources and staff for the workload, everything is piled onto entry and mid-level workers. Any time you seek out the support you need while working 10+ hrs every day, get ready to get gaslit.
This is the best management team I have ever worked with.
Senior leadership lacks diversity. Ops in particular needs mature, experienced leaders to keep the team together. They keep promoting ops employees who are nowhere near being poised, strong, wise leaders.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Jun Group leadership cares about retaining employees and consistently rewards them with salary increases and public recognition to demonstrate the value they add to the company.
Being compensated well and always given opportunities to grow with Jun Group. Being given management status and company equity means a great deal to me as well.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Jun Group employees are my favorite thing about working at Jun Group. They are fun, excited about the company, and extremely intelligent.
My team has continued to grow well together as Jun Group grows. We are a loyal and tight team that work well and efficiently together.
Uber intelligent, lots of mbas
My team has a diverse set of skills and experiences.
They are all dedicated, hardworking, and open to answering any and all questions.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Jun Group is very cliquey, difficult and intimidating to come in as an outsider.
The team is given everything it needs to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to work hard well as a team which is shown in the the quality of our products. There is pride in our work and camaraderie amongst all as well. It makes for a work culture where employees are proud and pleased by their job.

Company culture has noticeably stepped up over the past year
Weekly company meetings on Fridays and executive team sits in the open with the rest of the team.
The company's name means "truth" and it is more than just a motto. Transparency and integrity are pervasive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I can not think of anything as it already does so much.

What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers inspire me every single day and make coming to work a thrill.
Deadlines met and enjoy time together relaxing with everyone, especially when in office for a monthly get together.

The company has a long history of success and I'm fortunate to be a part of it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As the company grows in size and success, the ways that we're generous are shifting to increasingly superficial expressions. Also, we neither set good limits with clients nor compensate client-facing non-sales staff enough to match the expectation to be available to clients 24/7.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Better leadership team. More diversity. A real HR department.
