What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to work hard well as a team which is shown in the the quality of our products. There is pride in our work and camaraderie amongst all as well. It makes for a work culture where employees are proud and pleased by their job.

Company culture has noticeably stepped up over the past year
Weekly company meetings on Fridays and executive team sits in the open with the rest of the team.
The company's name means "truth" and it is more than just a motto. Transparency and integrity are pervasive.
Dedicated to fostering curiosity and knowledge in the industry and answering any and all questions.
Ambitious culture that wants to change ad tech
There is ample opportunity to get involved in projects outside of the standard scope of work, including spearheading cultural activities, writing articles, planning company events, getting involved in community out-reach etc.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I can not think of anything as it already does so much.
