What did you like most about the interview process?The interview process was lengthy, but the conversations were engaging and the communication good overall. The only concern was that after the interviews were done, the recruiter did not adhere to their timelines to keep me up to date leaving me assuming I had been ghosted.
What makes you most happy at work?There is a lot of autonomy and trust in individual contributors. We are responsible for outcomes, not inputs which gives us the flexibility to structure our work in the way that works best for us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The culture of ownership, solving hard problems, and work life balance is truly world-class.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?As the company grows rapidly, hiring has failed to keep pace with this growth leaving many teams overworked (likely temporarily). Compensation has not kept pace with inflation over the past year plus and while adjustments are apparently in the works, I'm not confident that these will fill the gap.
