They are open to new ideas, and try to allow decisions to be made at the lowest level possible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that we do not have to pay an insurance premium. That is all provided by the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have worked at places where it was clear they did not trust the employees, and everyone felt like they were always watched. It was very difficult to get time off to handle personal problems. Here, if you need some time to take care of a problem, our management is fine with that.
