That we are all a team. No matter what dept you work in we are all on the same team working for the same goal. I think for the most part everyone respects one another and will help each other work towards our common goal instead of saying "that's not my job".
The culture is opposite of what many businesses have become. There is a positive, comfortable atmosphere and they understand we all have lives apart from work.

We are valued for our experiences and our perspective. There are times I don't get my way, but I understand why it is best for the company to make the decision they did.
It is very family-friendly and although Juniper Systems wants employees to work hard, the company leadership recognizes that us employees have lives outside of work. They allow us to see and spend time with our family and we don't have to take work home with us.
We have an amazing culture here at Juniper. There are many different personalities that just seem to mesh.
Culture is highly emphasized during the hiring process so we have a pretty unique culture that is based on trust, love, and respect for our fellow work-mates and our customers. It is highly important to us that people enjoy their work so that they can maximize their engagement and productivity.
