The leadership team is collaborative, seeks input, focuses on the customer, respectful, easy to work with, goal oriented, learning focused, dedicated to success, conservative, successful, and transparent about the status of the organization as a whole.
Our leadership team tries hard to enable the lowest level decision making possible.
They are transparent in their communications with employees about the state of the company and about policies.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Work with the people they supervise. Actually get in there and do the work, every so often. Get a day to day realistic picture of the work that goes on and the people they manage.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Really good benefits with insurance premiums covered
Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability plan premiums are 100% covered by the company. Along with that, employees are eligible for 2 separate Profit Sharing plans in the form of a quarterly bonus and very healthy annual retirement contributions.
No premiums and free membership to local medical centers.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together and play together. Gym, racquetball, ping pong, and pickleball are all onsite to interact during break times.
We care about each other. We are smart. We help each other.

Still a bit of a "decide by committee" culture; meetings number and length should be reduced.

For the most part, things are pretty great, but there is always room for improvement in cross-department communication.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a casual interview and questions were not overly behavioral or difficult. really tried to get to know me and how I work but friendly. I got the job so it was great!
Consistent, not too many behavioral questions, met with my team and their leaders. Casual.
Quick reply to questions. Good group of interviewers. Respected my time.
