Firing workers. Fire more, and spread fear....

Good focus on teamwork and the human factors.
we laughe, help, communicate, we are compeditive
We all work hard as a unit. Place is just a kip. Staff are brilliant

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
often in easy mode, we have more time for customer and store
We do have a good team but I feel we are overworked and underpaid
Modern concepts, new projects, customer first but also employee first
