- What does the leadership team need to get better at?To listen to the employees about the issues and acting on fixing it not just ignoring certain issues and saying they will fix it but don't
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Prioritize customer service, staff experience, and more fair employee treatment and pay as opposed to abusing the fact that most of our customer demographic are first timers or people that have not been in a while. Hire more staff. Give staff more hours where needed to avoid shortages.
