The leadership team right now (all newer people with very little research background) should resign to allow for another team to take over.

As the cost of living is going up, the company should also review the wages of workers on contract.

Employees should be valued with shares, or other benefit with increasing rates and interest

getting paid more, during years of inflation had low raises if any

The salary is growing with a very low rate, much lower than expected ans than inflation; low overall career opporrunities

Co-workers need to work harder at growing skillsets. Same-old, same-old won't drive the business forward.
