Kantata Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The company is very generous.

The benefits and the entire compensation

Review from Customer Support Dept

It's fair for a part time.

The allowances and the government benefits.

My basic salary and my other benefits

Review from IT Dept

The pay vacations I love

base salary is better than most places

The coolest thing about the benefit package is getting to choose which company to use for insurance. I have never had a choice for insurance through a company. I get to make the decision that fits my family best from a number of options instead of only 2-3.

Flexibility to work in preferred location

Private Medical, Private Dental Insurance.

I have a family and I get quality coverage at a good price.

That your position is evaluated in the market

Review from IT Dept

Looking to update salaries constantly

Review from IT Dept

When the payment mached to my effort

Review from Marketing Dept

Fair base salary with adequate time off and bonus incentive.

Review from Product Dept

Fair compensation package for my role.

Review from Sales Dept

I believe I am paid fairly for the role I do

Review from Customer Success Dept

I love working in a place that offers possibilities to improve your professional career

Review from IT Dept

The package is extensive - I think its the little extras that really make a difference and are focused around health and wellbeing.

A well rounded package and I particularly like the little extras that support health and wellbeing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am currently underpaid for my current role compared to industry standards. I am hopeful that this will be rectified when the economic climate stabilises.

They have new management that is trying to have the original same original ethics but they no longer exist.

Stock options would be nice as well as more wellness benefits + a bigger internet stipend and work from home setup stipend. No unlimited PTO like a lot of startups.

Review from Sales Dept

I think I am paid a fair salary, but I would like more/better options for healthcare coverage/expenses, more retirement savings options, or the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate.

Don't think I am paid at the same level as a male doing the same job. Benefits are lacking and need to be addressed but there is little appetite to change this.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Stronger base pay. Continued adjustments in commission % has not made change in OTE numbers while quotas have steadily increased. Benefits such as a learning/growth stipend would be great.

An increase to salary would definitely compensate.

I know I am paid under market.

Review from HR Dept

Better compensation for the multiple roles that we are taking.

Better healthcare, deductibles and co pays too high

Restructure how we are paid. Every year it becomes less and that is not good.

The pay is very low below market value. The benefits are terrible including no 401k matching, stocks don't really mean anything, because they will change it. There isn't any opportunity for growth or to get promoted. If you're not the favorite then good luck. Run, if you're absorbed into a team.

Pay that aligns with the market. Equity needs to be given. 401k matching needs to be implemented.

Review from Sales Dept

401K matcha and stock options for all would be nice

I recently accepted a position making 50% more than I am making now (and they were happy to pay it). Mavenlink hired me at too low a rate and seeks to keep me there despite my pay being significantly below industry standard with my experience.

We need a 401k match and equity for all roles in the company.

401K match and stock options would be nice

Options promised never materialized, bonuses mysteriously shrink from 10% to 2% with no communication, 401K has been inaccessible for a year, and substantial raises only happen as counteroffers if you threaten to leave

Review from Engineering Dept

Equity for all employees. 401K match.

Review from HR Dept

401k Match, and stock compensation commitment needs improvement.
