Local leadership is amazing. Generally DMs are too. RVP and up care more about numbers than people.

I did the assistant manager job for 4 months and when asking to be compensated for all the extra work, manager lied and told district manager I was being trained, this leading to no raise. So I stopped doing the extra work.

more employee compensations and upward mobility
A return to employee-driven incentives. We used to have a better commission structure, as well as a better credit system. The switch in credit has really affected our relationships with long-time customers in a negative way, as we cannot accurately give them payment information.
