I see many of my friends mass leaving KW because the splits are so much better. I don't know another agency that has a 70/30 split. Plus our market center changed the training to a 70/40 split for a group class only, no one on one anymore.

The technology always requires additional payments and changes too much.

My position was created by my local office and is experimental. I'm not an agent or a salaried staff member, so my compensation is more limited than it would be if I were in another role.

Compensation should be as stating when they convince you to become part of the team. Benefits should be offered, WITH PAY, after a fair period of time.
