We are positive and forward moving focused. We do not dwell on issues and do our best to keep drama out of the equation.

Always looking out for the agent and building them up. Focused not only on the growth of the Market Center but the agent as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a culture of being positive and doing the right thing from the top of the company down to the new agent that comes on board.
