What did you like most about the interview process?
I think the interview process is better now. It was a little too easy for me to get hired, I think. We've learned a lot in my local franchise office since then.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position was created by my local office and is experimental. I'm not an agent or a salaried staff member, so my compensation is more limited than it would be if I were in another role.
