the interview process is very personal and comfortable. It is more of a conversation and less of an interrogation.

You are in control of your own earnings. The materials, training, support, and opportunities far outweigh the split you share.

The support and guidance is comparable to no other. They provide clear direction and the means to reach the goals I set.
What are some of the best things about your team?
the best part of the team is we are truly a team. I have never beed denied help because I was not on a specific "team". My office interacts as on united team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have been encouraged from day one. When working on deals I have been able to reach my mentor at any time of the day or night. Each and every person in the office celebrates your successes and encourages you when things fall apart, both in business and personally.
