I see many of my friends mass leaving KW because the splits are so much better. I don't know another agency that has a 70/30 split. Plus our market center changed the training to a 70/40 split for a group class only, no one on one anymore.

The technology always requires additional payments and changes too much.

.meetings are talked at rather than colobarative

Quit following a set format and allow time for agents and staff to ask real questions. Agendas are great but should not be the only focus.

People are not genuinely friendly. Every new is welcome. Folks that have been with the company are less supported.

They do not need to change anything!!

CFO's should not play favorites, CEO's should be held accountable, and rules should be followed by upper management. Agents are great and the 'regular' non-management staff are also easy to work with and very nice.

The entire management is fake. They say one thing then do another. They need to stop rewarding the people in their little circle and start supporting the agents. This place really needs an entire management change
